The Lady Braves Golf Team improved to 5-1 in nine-hole matches Tuesday with a score of 193, defeating both Marion (207) and MIC foe Peru (220).
Chelsie Carmichael shot a 45 to earn medalist honors for the Braves, while teammates Carly Linn (46), Jessica Off (51), Jennifer Dolezal (51), and Alisha Ferre (52) combined to shoot the second-lowest total for Maconaquah this year.
Ariel Edwards and Corinne Cutler each finished with a score of 51 to
pace the Tigers, while Jessie Eckersley (54), Krysten Finicle (62) and
Lyndsey Wolfe (63) added support.
Maconaquah travels to Lewis Cass on Thursday to battle the Kings and the Hamilton Heights Huskies, while Peru travels to Eastern in an MIC contest with the Comets on Thursday.
