There are a number of power conferences in
no league in the state did any better in sectional action last weekend than the
Mid-Indiana Conference. The league crowned two team sectional champions.

Maconaquah finished third at
and advanced seven grapplers with two champions. At Oak Hill, Western advanced
six wrestlers and took one title while finishing third. Northwestern ended
sixth while also advancing six individuals. The Tigers actually had two
individual champions.

only five wrestlers, but finished fifth in the overall standings.
Cass traveled north to
for its sectional action. The Kings finished seventh in the team standings.
They pushed three individuals through to the regional round, but two of those were
weight class champions.
